12 Austrian Signs
1
We’re used to seeing a simple deer just standing there, but this one’s really going for it.
Boothby Graffoe did a whole routine about these deer signs, so check that out.
2
I think the message this sign is giving is ‘If you’re going to kick a person’s head around outside a house with a snake by it, look out for falling cars’.
3
When they did the casting for the silhouette person, this guy really made an effort. He came in a suit with shoes and a hat like he was going to some jazz festival. Shame about his back arm being disfigured there.
4
At first I thought this was an advert for a German pop music video. For all I know it might have been. Looks like something Kraftwerk would do.
5
How graphic did they need to be with this one?! Here we just have a lump of poo, but in Austria they actually show the dog excreting windmills.
6
Not sure if this is a dog or a really fancy hair dryer.
7
Again, very detailed, clearly depicting a waiter during a race.
8
Not sure what’s going on here. It wasn’t by any toilets so I don’t think it was that. Maybe it’s just ‘men and women are allowed in this area’.
9
I’m guessing this sign was created in the 1920s and they just haven’t bothered updating it.
10
Smartly dressed men (with one foot on backwards) and floating children should watch out for falling bikes.
11
Very detailed bike rider there with his scarf. It’s also a good advert for spoke-less bikes.

Y’know when you get those dodgy areas with elves and gremlins breaking into places. This is a sign for that.
